1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Website By Us ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Website By Us provides web development, design, and related digital services. The scope of work for each project is defined in individual project agreements or statements of work signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and amounts are specified in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or pre-existing code incorporated into deliverables.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website By Us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
